This project was carried out by the City of Monash council. An existing public toilet block, constructed in the 1960s was refurbished to improve the appearance and function of the facility. Situated in a shopping centre car park, the re-modeled structure was provided with a new canopy roof, vibrant colours and way-finding super-graphics.
